APD has signed a concession agreement with the Port Authority of Douala for the construction of a 36 hectares bulk terminal on the right side of the Wouri River in Douala.
Bulk terminal
This terminal will be fitted with state-of-the-art equipment leading to a yearly handling capacity north of 8,000,000 tons. The development equally includes large covered and uncovered storage areas in addition to silos.
2025 - 2028
The project is expected to launch its construction phase in Q1 2025 with an estimated completion time of 30 months.

APD has signed a 30-year concession agreement with the Port Authority of Douala for the construction of a new bulk terminal with 900 linear meters of quay over a reclaimed area of 36 hectares on the right side of the Wouri River.
This terminal will be fitted with state-of-the-art equipment leading to a yearly handling capacity north of 8,000,000 tons. The development equally includes large covered and uncovered storage areas in addition to silos.
The construction of Phase 1 of the project is expected to launch in 2025 with an estimated completion time of 30 months for a start of operations as early as 2028.
